	Newly built and finished to a very high standard. Both houses are within a 5 minute walk to the Lahinch village and beach. Views of the sea from both front and back balconies. Light, airy rooms, fully furnished and tastefully decorated.
Close proximity to Liscannor, the Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee caves, Ballyvaughan, Kilfenora, Ennistymon, Ennis and Bunratty Castle. Within walking distance to the Lahinch beach (famous for surfing) and Lahinch golf course.
Would suit 2 families or large group of individuals (both houses sleep 7). Each house has 3 bedrooms (2 large double bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and all with en-suite bathrooms)

Off street car parking for up to 6 cars. The houses are situated on an elevated site on a lovely quite road within 1/2 mile of Lahinch village. Lahinch is renowned for its wonderful beach, golf course, lively pubs and excellent local restaurants.
